Most egift cards update the balance immediately after you have used them.
It may take some time for our system to recognise your tenancy or payment reference, especially if you are a new tenant. If your reference is not yet recognised, please send us a copy or screenshot of a letter or document from your landlord showing your reference, and we will verify it manually.
