Housing Perks is a social enterprise that exists to end financial insecurity for tenants on low incomes. We take privacy and data protection seriously and work hard to provide the most transparent, ethical and accessible discount app we can.

  • When you sign up, we share your contact details and tenancy reference with your social landlord. Your personal shopping and app activity remain private and are not shared with your social landlord or other third parties.
  • We use your information to manage your account, provide relevant offers and support the service. We will not sell your personal information.
  • Your information is stored in the UK in accordance with UK data protection law. It is securely hosted on Google Cloud and encrypted, so Google cannot access or read the content of your data.
  • We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time.
  • You can change your marketing and notification preferences at any time.
